1. Extras like a cookie at check in, water bottles delivered to your room as a welcome, and free Internet access make all the difference.

2. The hotel is about a 5-7 minute drive to downtown Dallas and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to most places as long as they are within a 3 mile radius of the hotel.
