1. Once we arrived at the correct station (Medical/Market Center) close to the hotel, thanks to advice from a fellow passenger on the train, we still had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle even though the hotel is just a couple of minutes from the station.

3. We told manager we were there for the marathon , left at 5:55am and did not drink in that room but he insist his housekeeper is correct.

4. When I went to the front desk after a couple of visits from the engineer, who couldn`t correct the problem, the person at the desk had removed the charges and was apologizing for the inconvenience (he gave me a couple of extra cookies to boot).
