1. They also take care of the little things at no extra charge: parking, wi-fi, cooklies when you arrive, apples at the front desk for the taking, a microwave & mini-fridge in the room.

5. The location is not very nice, but if you rent a car then who cares? West Village is not so far (2 miles) and it is very nice, with some good restaurants (Tom Tom Asian Grill for example).
