1. Not every experience was pleasant, some just horrendous,to downright terrifying, and some were better than home, and left you with a real yearning for a return stay.

3. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist ( an older guy called Lenny) who arranged valet parking for us as we were really tired, at no higher cost than it would have been to park up ourselves.
