Worst of all, on a morning when I had several meetings coming up there was no hot water in the shower; the desk staff took care of it, but refused to give me any sort of refund for the inconvenience of not being able to shower properly on a day when I was concerned with making a good impression on quite a few people.

2. The front desk staff at check-in was pretty much clueless(albiet very nice), but we were told the person who did the bookings for our wedding party would contact us monday to take care of the details, though she did say she needed a credit card to put a hold on the rooms.
