3. While there might be better quality rooms in Dallas, I think many people book here because of the JFK experience, so if that is the case and you don't have to have five-star surroundings, this is the place to stay.

4. Breakfast (open for 3 hours) is called 'continental' but is much better: pastries, bagels, make-your-own-waffles, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, toast, yogurt, canned peaches and cottage cheese.

5. Not every experience was pleasant, some just horrendous,to downright terrifying, and some were better than home, and left you with a real yearning for a return stay.
