But it is impossible for TRMOTC to live up to expectations: so what if the mattress was a tad lumpy, the turndown service for our room (where the hotel was privy to knowing my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary) with just one bottled water and one goblet; the cocktail waitress better suited for an upscale beer joint than a five-star hotel; all things considered, TRMOTC is still a wonderful place.

4. I think this is a wonderful property but for me, the Ritz Carlton Dallas is by far a better choice as the staff, the rooms, the restaurant and the spa really left a lasting impression.

8. Absolutely loved the intimacy of the bar, and would highly recommend that if weather permits you enjoy your adult beverages at the outside patio area where there are fireplaces, whimsical hanging lanterns, a decent view of Dallas and just a wonderful ambiance.
