1. But it is impossible for TRMOTC to live up to expectations: so what if the mattress was a tad lumpy, the turndown service for our room (where the hotel was privy to knowing my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary) with just one bottled water and one goblet; the cocktail waitress better suited for an upscale beer joint than a five-star hotel; all things considered, TRMOTC is still a wonderful place.

2. We were on a lower floor so the view was really of the front courtyard but I am sure that the higher you get the view would be better.

3. I think this is a wonderful property but for me, the Ritz Carlton Dallas is by far a better choice as the staff, the rooms, the restaurant and the spa really left a lasting impression.

10. We were upgraded to a suite with an additional bathroom and living area which is something I always appreciate--if the better room is just sitting there empty, why not give an upgrade?My friend and i enjoyed all day out by the pool with some of the greatest margaritas I've had in a long time.
