4. It is spotless and the staff are really helpful and friendly but we felt it was somewere more suited to a business trip as there were conferences being held, and as we were on vacation, felt a little out of place as a family travelling, not that anyone made us feel that way.

8. Arriving by car I was warmly welcomed at the front of the hotel and led inside to to reception for a friendly and professional checkin at the front desk, followed by the porter who on entering the room went out of his way to explain the room amenities to me.
