From personable concierge service to fantastic pillows, everything exceeded my expectations, with amazing attention to detail For instance, while waiting for the shuttle (which was a luxury town car - not a hotel bus) the concierge served us a glass of champagne and made pleasant conversation about what not to miss in Dallas, as well as historical tidbits about the hotel.

10. All in all a very nice stop over en route to other US cities, and we found the whole Turtle Creek area charming - a great breakfast in the hotel and also (at 1/4 price) in a nearby cafe, BreadWinners that`s a pleasant 1/4 hour stroll away.
