4. perfect location, safe parking garage, free shuttle to many places, friendly staff, gorgeous room with really nice furnishings and awesome bedding, fair price, fun atmosphere at lounge.

10. The location is perfect for visiting the rock hall and the staff were very friendly and personable, but the hotel itself was old and outdated, had a bad smell throughout, and there were hairs everywhere; in the bathroom, in the tub, in the bed, and on the floor.
