1. The best part of the Doubletree is that they have a complimentary shuttle service that will take you where you want to go in the downtown area, and pick you up when you are ready to come back to the hotel --- you are provided a phone number to the shuttle driver.

4. When I arrived the counter girl never said Hi or enjoy your stay, which is what I get from all the best hotels and when I went up to my room the first thing I noticed was the smell, it was like an old room that had not had any through cleaning in a while.

8. The carpet and tile in my room were dirty, there was hair on the floor and in the shower and best of all the drains did not work.

10. I could not believe Holiday Inn would allow guest to sleep on, what appeared to be, 20-25 year old sagging mattress The shower was the best thing going for this hotel, as my family and I were able to wash away the filth prior to our departure.
