6. Any hotel has it's positives and negatives, but when you are in the middle of a family crisis such as an unexpected open heart surgery, it's good to have a place to stay that you can call home.

Just a note, desk clerk we dealt with, was the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with, she has no compassion and certainly should not be in a position to deal with issues with customers in any circumstances, she is a large women, and TRIES to intimidate customers with her bad attitude and size.
