1. This needs to be taken care of ASAP, guest need to be able to have fresh towels when they need or want them , not when they are delievered at 5pm from the truck.

2. There was a line of 6 cars waiting to check in, one girl at the desk taking care of everyone, She didn't put our room number on our key packet so after bringing our luggage we had to kind of but in front of a line of people for her to look it up.

7. The Guest House (which is a 6 or 7 story hotel) is located just across a street from the heart care center, allowing easy access.

8. So if you need to stay at this establishment just know if you have any unexpected emergencies that keep you from getting there and you've prepaid they could care less.
