4. 20th and was happy to see a lovely lobby area but my happy moments was short lived when I wasn't advised about their policies on debit cards for reservations.

9. Just remember, you really are not in the hotel that long, you are at the clinic being with your loved one, and yes this is not a 5 star hotel, but I wasnt there for that purpose.
