3. I was most impressed with the people - every employee was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who took the time to explain the shuttle system to us and the desk staff who were more than happy to direct us to Little Italy for dinner.

6. 20th and was happy to see a lovely lobby area but my happy moments was short lived when I wasn't advised about their policies on debit cards for reservations.

8. The desk clerk did get us a room and the international at the same price but after an exhausting day was not happy to have to take the luggage back across the street aqnd move.
