1. So, if you for some reason you need to be in the downtown Cleveland area, you could do worse.

5. In my experience, at best temporary agency only ever do a reasonable job and never a good job albeit in my previous managerial role as a catering manager in London, once in a while somebody would surprise me and then I would employ them full time myself.

7. Instead of a hold for something reasonable, they 'charged' my debit card 192 dollars (plus a separate charge for $1 dollar).

8. It's not as though it's an ultra luxurious hotel, but it's a good, clean and comfortable place for someone in town on business or for personal reasons.

9. I will admit that we came in on a Sunday evening and the hotel was pretty empty, so perhaps that is the reason it was easy for receiving so much attention.
