1. Again, they said they would send someone up but didn't really offer anything else until I pushed it and then was offered free breakfast for 2 in the morning which was fine.

10. 95 per day plus taxes for the WI-FI service which let's face it, is offered as complimentary by an increasing number of Hotels these days and which in any event, you can find free connection almost anywhere when out an about.
