1. I like to exercise in the morning and was treated to a full service fitness room, with treadmills, hot tub, pool and sauna.

8. I like to take a night out out on the town now and then and don't want to deal with trying to get home afterwords (min 45 minute drive), so I'll typically just get a hotel downtown - thus, I've stayed in a few over the years.

9. Had a room on the 23rd floor with waterfront view -- noise from the construction across the street was not an issue for us like mentioned on some of the other reviews.

10. The down side of staying in hotels is that when your neighbor gets in the shower it sounds like they are in your room, when people walk the halls and talk you can hear the conversations, you can hear the televisions in neighboring rooms.
