1. The pictures are very misleading- I stayed here because of a conference that was in the hotel- shame on me for not looking into the accommodations but I assumed that because everything would happen here, I should just stay here (I had never been to Charlotte).

4. The convention center ballrooms were very accommodating, and the staff was very friendly (especially the bar staff)- the convention must have drawn upwards of 10,000 people that weekend, yet it was spacious enough to not feel overcrowded.

5. Note that IKEA had better food and accommodations than the Blake.

6. From the moment I arrived every staff member bent over backwards to make sure that my needs were accommodated, and in a hurry, I mean if I needed something it was like the clock was ticking and they were racing to make sure I was taken care of in record time.
