1. Best part was - We ended up staying towards the outskirts of town at different hotel for half the price for the first few nights and had a free shuttle to Franklin Street to party and only had to pay $25 for a cab ride back.

2. After the shock of seeing a free standing, deep tub positioned under a window with wooden shutters that sat across from a double sink with a marble top that had to be at least 4-5' long, I saw the large enclosed walk in shower.

The Good:- Location , you can walk all around town and do not need a car while staying- Reception area is very pretty- We got a rate $160 bed and breakfast which we thought was good- Food was excellent throughout- free internet access for guests- Four computers for free internet access- Pretty hotelThe Bad:- Building work is happening at present (August 2010).
