2. They are professional, but not at all robotic or snobbish like the staff at a much more expensive hotel where we needed to relocate due to a fire in the area.

6. The location is incredible with nearby shopping, concert halls and theaters, museums and if you don't like those things, two T stations are a real short walk awayBUT.

7. Overall this hotel is great (if your high maintenance then you may not like this hotel as some of the furtniture and decor are a bit outdated- but who cares your in Boston and most likely wont be spending a lot of time in your room).
