1. The staff was wonderful, even called a fast food place for me when my phone cut out to make sure my order was right, i have to say the staff was very helpful and nice.

2. Pros beyond location and price are that the front desk is always staffed and very good, housekeeping is very quick, usually done by 2 PM, and wifi is pretty fast - we got 10 MBPS and could stream netflix.

10. There's not a lot of high end dining close by (mostly college joints and fast food), but the hotel is only a block from the T so you can be near Boston Commons and all the restaurants in a couple minutes.
