1. we were so tired on the first day that we didn't even bother, but got the staff to bring us clean bed linen for the second night.

2. Location is fantastic, right across from the Prudential, rooms are a bit dated but very clean, comfy, with large flatscreen tv, plenty of HD channels, kitchenette,shower with good water pressure.
