7. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay and the only time we needed their help was with the wifi signal, which we learnt does struggle in rooms at the front of the building but the great view makes up for this.

9. Overall this hotel is great (if your high maintenance then you may not like this hotel as some of the furtniture and decor are a bit outdated- but who cares your in Boston and most likely wont be spending a lot of time in your room).
