9. We have just returned from a 6 day trip to the Ritz, we were treated as if we were the only people staying in the hotel, all the staff from the managers to the bell boys were superb, always giving us a name and the staff in the club lounge were just amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

10. Pros to the hotel include a great location, I went jogging in the Commons every morning plus they have a superb weight room.
