4. In addition to Boston I have stayed at the Ritz in NYC, Puerto Rico, DC, and Atlanta, and all of these properties seem to pride themselves on outstanding service as well as impeccably appointed rooms.

7. In fact a couple of times we went over to the Taj, (which used to be a Ritz), and sought help from their concierge who was outstanding (we will probably try staying there next time).
