8. Our Amex agent talked to the management of the hotel, who was apparently rude to the agent and after several hours the employees said very loudly they would be unable to accommodate us and we had to walk to another hotel with our luggage.

10. My wife and I first stayed at a Ritz-Carlton during our stay in San Francisco, and also had Club Level accommodations there.
