1. Someone was bringing me a portable fridge for some medication I needed, and when he arrived with the fridge, he just handed me a bag with two bars of fresh soap (boxed) and extra shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

When we checked in, the room we requested was no longer available, but the person that checked us in, made sure that we were well taken care of with another room and added in a breakfast certificate (Not necessary, but truly appreciated) We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday brunch which had plenty of choices and fresh fruit, bread, pastries etc.

As far as location goes it's pretty well located in Boston with a T (underground/metro) stop adjacent and close to the North End and Quincy Market plus you can get the water taxi from the airport almost directly to the hotel front door for a bit of novelty (I normally do for some fresh air after 7 hours on a plane).
