1. The views are exceptional and the observation tower is a wonderful addition.

2. We prefer to give tips in cash at the end of a stay, or when service has been exceptional, not to have something added to the bill each time we sign in a hotel that we're paying good money for already.

3. I would say it is a charm-free hotel with one exception: they do have an awesome concierge who got us Red Sox tickets at the last minute on opening day.
