1. I'm very disappointed in Marriott and how they have allowed themselves to fall victim to the 'we don't really care about our customers' routine that so many others have done.

5. When we checked in, the room we requested was no longer available, but the person that checked us in, made sure that we were well taken care of with another room and added in a breakfast certificate (Not necessary, but truly appreciated) We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday brunch which had plenty of choices and fresh fruit, bread, pastries etc.

6. Tried to write and talk to someone in the hotel regarding this matter but no one seemed to notice or care.
