2. My initial impression was not very positive; Bolton Street (on which the hotel is situated) is not very attractive and, as we arrived I wondered about the neighbourhood.

3. There is a guy working in there that is very helpful and has an extremely positive personality -- he was in a cheery and good mood each of the three mornings I went there for breakfast.
