5. From the General Manager to the Director of Front Desk Services to the Manager of Restaurant and Bar facilities to the Manager of housekeeping Services and Valet, they are the very best any Hotel can offer.

6. I think it's important to voice your concerns in order for the hotel staff to do their best possible to remedy their situation and for the hotel to improve/learn from their mistakes.

8. I will have to agree w/climax they do seem to have the best prices for the hotel hilton back bay ,,I did alot of home work and they did come up with the best price.
