1. Starbucks is right across the Street, in the Sheraton Boston lobby (you can borrow a copy of WSJ there as well, if you feel like it - only USA Today at the Hilton).

I liked 1) the location which is near Newberry Street and a good sized mall 2) the hotel room is reasonably up to date, quite modern 3) reasonable gym equipment 4) staff - quite friendly and helpfulI didn't like 1) the pillows, which were very uncomfortable 2) the standard buffet was a bit disappointingAll in all - a sound hotel choice.

9. The hotel is a perfect size, not monolithic and crowded like some of the surrounding hotels so you never feel crowded.

10. One thing I do like about the rooms however is you can open the window for fresh air which is rare downtown and something I always appreciate.
