1. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and across the street from a very small, sweet public park which I spent some quiet time meandering through.

4. Near the convention center and a few blocks from the T, it was a quiet location with a few restaurants on the waterfront (Del Frisco's, LTK, Legal Harborside and a couple others).
