6. We stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights and with the exception of the concierge who was very friendly and knowledgeable-the staff at this hotel is not friendly or helpful.

7. We booked online and in advance, and we were able to get our room for $180 a night with the AAA discount, which is an excellent rate for this type of hotel and the exceptional location.

8. I would think that management would make an exception to accomodate so that people can enjoy the unobtsructive view into the city, but no, we (approx 30 ppl) were requested to leave.
