2. When we told him it was supposed to be 2 cots, he kindly explained that they were completely out of cots and if we had asked for one earlier, they would have had plenty to bring.

Although some may find it not so close to many downtown favorites like the Harbor, North End and the Aquarium as the Marriott Long Wharf, this Renaissance is a true gem with helpful staff and plenty of amenities like free WiFi in all rooms, luxury toiletries, a 24/7 gym and a good restaurant for both buffet and dinner.

10. Checked in for 5 nights at this hotel and although not located in downtown Boston, was in a lovely up and coming waterfront location, with plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk.
