9. I know this is Boston but this just seems excessive to me when we are already paying big bucks for the hotel itself.

10. The other big con was the restaurant - my husband and I went down on Sunday AM for an early breakfast and were told it was a 15-20 minute wait so he went off to Starbucks and I decided to come down later.
