4. My only negatives was the decor of the room wasn't to my liking -but it was nicely styled for the new England setting; parking was $42 per night, OUCH.

9. The hotel itself is a new building (maybe 10 years old), which is definitely a positive - wide hallways, generously sized rooms that are simple but well-decorated, and amply sized bathrooms.

10. The desk had heard that we had a new baby in the family and even sent up a gift of wine, chocolates, an adorable teddy bear, and book for the baby- with personal note from the management to congratulate the family.
