4. 'You have to ask for the sofa bed to be turned down', we were told the next day (but not the previous day, when it would have done some good.

5. There is a pretty good restaurant right downstairs as well (Eastern Standard) and a Yelp highly rated seafood restaurant called the Island Creek Oyster Bar.

6. Its a couple of stops to Fenway or Copley and you can also take to Quincy Market so I'd say the location was good.

8. Great location with subway entrance almost next door, trolley tour stop nearby, easy walk to many areas of interest (eg Fenway Park, Boston public library etc and good bars and restaurants nearby (and the two on the premises were great).
