4. My dad uses a walker and they were there for any assistance he needed with luggage, the room, at the restaurant, getting in and out of transportation going to the stadium and the airport, absolutely awesome service.

9. Central location right next to Fenway Park, great staff, first class huge rooms, nice bathrooms, 2 great restaurants in the hotel (Island Creek was an awesome restaurant), wine bar, subway station literally down below hotel, comfortable beds, and a concierge to take care of every need.
