1. Rooms are spacious, scrupulously clean, and the amenities are at a luxury level ('fresh' products in the bathroom, my teen daughter was in heaven.

9. I love how this place nails every important detail: wonderful fresh toiletries, iPod/blackberry chargers, powerful water pressure, origami-folded towels, terry robe and new slippers, Panasonic flat screen TVs, stickers on the toilet paper, thick curtains.
