1. The location could not have been nicer, and even though we were first placed in a street-side room which proved to be noisy (they really should use double-pane glass), the staff was so kind and changed rooms for us, moving our suitcases to a new room while we were out for the day.

4. It had a new pedestal sink (no place to put anything), new white tile on the floor, but the bathtub was so old that the ceramic finish was worn down to the metal in places, and the stopper didn't work.

5. Caveat: don't get too excited when you see the hotel from the outside or step into the lobby because after you register and go to your room you will be transported to accommodations reminiscent of a 1970's roadside Mom and Pop motel in rural new Mexico.
