1. The hotel is definitely a historic landmark in itself, but the rooms also have the cutting edge modern convenience, from flat scrreen TV to in-room Internet service.

10. Why? From the few steps up into the lobby, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and accommodating - actually, even before we got there we were contacted by the hotel staff to see what more they could do to make our stay more comfortable, more interesting and more convenient.
