1. The convenient and free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the Inner Harbor area was a big plus.

2. The neighborhood is quite historic, with lots to do, but is also the big 'nightlife' district of Baltimore; if you are staying over a weekend, especially during nice weather, there will be a lot of partiers on the street.
