1. The staff is still very pleasant, helpful, attentive but a number of little issues takes away from a more pleasant experience overall.

7. The lobby was stunning, out room and bathroom were a nice size and very clean, the bar in the lobby had the best cesar salad I have ever had, the cafe had amazing hot cocoa, and the staff was extremely pleasant.
