1. First day, the key card generator did not work, keys were not available and the busy staff was escorting guests up to the room one by one.

The good parts: Tony - the concierge, always there with prompt great recommendations; breakfast was nice, i liked the fact that breakfast was served on my floor, 17th floor, very cozy; the afternoon drinks and finger food are a no-miss-thing: very generous, and the staff is very attentative to replenish drinks.
