1. Items that need a little attention to repair were not done which somewhat made the difference between old with character and old with needing attention.

The good parts: Tony - the concierge, always there with prompt great recommendations; breakfast was nice, i liked the fact that breakfast was served on my floor, 17th floor, very cozy; the afternoon drinks and finger food are a no-miss-thing: very generous, and the staff is very attentative to replenish drinks.
