1. Although the service was outstanding, the hotel itself, and in particular our room, was not to the level I have come to expect from the InterContinental Hotel.

2. The valet//bellman parking staff was outstanding and I can't say enough about how efficient they were - the car was always ready for us when we needed it, of course, when calling in advance.
