1. Actually, my only complaint was they have not provided the assortment of power outlets near the desk which make business travelers really happy.

3. The valet/ bellman brought our bags up, made sure we were happy with the room made a list of a few requests that we did have and had housekeeping take care of all of them very quickly.

7. A birthday celebration was briefly mentioned by our party during the check in process, when we returned to our room from dinner, there was a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne, accompanying flutes and a tray of chocolate delights with a 'happy Birthday' greeting written in chocolate.

Jennifer at the bar was amazing and they have a great happy hour deal, (though the service suffered greatly on Jennifer's off nights and the web site is out of date - cigars no longer allowed)The health club and pool was remodeled, opened when we were there after closed our first two days, and is very nice with plenty of equipment and a clean and beautiful indoor pool ad Jacuzzi.
